• Packages are provided for 3 hours, can be extended for an additional fee.

• Picnics set up & pack down at your chosen location, parks, beach, backyard.

• High Teas - generally indoors or backyards due to the more delicate nature of equipment

• Rain/Inclement Weather  -  It's always good to have a backup plan in place if the date is important to you as this weather can be very unpredictable.

• BYO Alcohol

• We have a 20km radius from Ulladulla although we are happy to travel further as required.  There is a $2.00 per km surcharge outside this radius.

• Public holidays will attract a 10% Surcharge

• 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Bank details will be provided on the confirmation of your booking.

• Remaining balance must be cleared prior to event taking place.

• $50 bond for table of 2 & $150 bond for groups is required.  The bond will be refunded in full to your preferred bank account provided inventory is damage free.

• Gift vouchers are available in your requested amount, valid for 3 years -please contact us to arrange.
